Not a government website

Rentmaxxer is independent. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected to any city, housing agency or developer. We link you to the official applications; you apply there yourself.

Estimates, not decisions

Every "match" is an estimate from the information you give us and the listing details published by the official sources. The official rules and the agency or property decide who qualifies. Listings can change or close at any time; always check the official listing before you apply.

Free to use

Seeing matches and getting alerts is free. We will say clearly, before you pay anything, if a paid feature is ever offered.

Fair use

Don't use the site to collect data about other people or to send automated requests in bulk. We may limit or close accounts that do.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep listings current but cannot guarantee that they are complete or correct.
