What we do with your listings
- We read public listing pages and feeds once an hour, from 50 official portals and owners' sites in 10 metro areas. We do not sign in to portals or read anything behind a login.
- We show the name, address, home sizes, rents, income limits, deadline and how to apply, and we credit your site on the listing.
- Every listing links to your official application. Renters apply with you, in their own name. Applying is free, and we say so.
- Photos are copied once, resized and served from our own servers, so your site is not loaded on every page view.
- We tell renters each match is an estimate and that you decide who qualifies.
How to send us a feed
An official feed is better than reading pages: it is faster for you and more accurate for renters. We can take a JSON or CSV feed or API, an RSS feed, a regular export, or a spot on your mailing list for lottery openings. Email partners@rentmaxxer.com with the link or a sample, and the terms you want us to follow: request rate, fields, attribution. If you prefer we read your public pages only at a set rate, or not at all, tell us and we will.
Corrections and removals
Email partners@rentmaxxer.com with the listing's link on rentmaxxer.com (or its name and address) and what to change. We correct or remove it within one business day. To have us stop reading a source altogether, say so, and we stop.
