About the building
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County's project-based voucher waiting list for Hearthside Brookleigh (for households where everyone is 62 or older) is open for online pre-applications until further notice. HADC places each eligible pre-applicant on the list of each community chosen in the order of the date and time the pre-application is completed (HADC's words), and offers housing first to people who live or work in DeKalb County. It is a waitlist, not a lottery: rent is about 30% of income, and household income must be at or under 50% of the area median. You need an email address.
