About the building
AHA takes Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher pre-applications once a year, from October 16, 2026 through November 15, 2026. Applicants are selected at random to be screened; this is a voucher you use to rent a home in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho or Bernalillo County, not an apartment. Past applicants must apply again. The same window takes pre-applications for Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities (NED) vouchers. You need an email address to apply.
