Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in two taps: open Your account, tap Manage billing, then Cancel plan. During the free week you pay nothing. After that you keep everything until the end of the month or year you paid for, and we never charge again. No phone call, no form, no "are you sure" offer.
When am I charged?
Not today. Your free week starts when you add your card. We charge $9.99 (or $69 for a year) when the week ends, 7 days later, and then on the same date each month (or year). We email you 2 days before the first charge, and Stripe sends a receipt every time.
Is applying free?
Yes, always. The official sites never charge to apply, and neither do we. With Pro you apply yourself, on the official site. Autopilot, once it is live, applies for you: its price is for that work, never for the applications. Be careful if anyone asks you to pay to apply or to move up a list.

Who handles my card?
Stripe, a payment company. You type your card on Stripe's own page. We never see or store your card number.
What if a payment fails?
We keep your matches and alerts on for 7 days while you update your card in Manage billing. After that they pause until the card works.
